Instead of Changing the Game, We’re Creating a New One

When we launched Slauson & Co. in 2020, our mission was to connect untapped founders from diverse backgrounds with the right capital, resources, and networks. Some may see this as a lofty goal, but we’ve long believed that talent exists in more places than where funding has historically gone.

A year in, we’ve started to build a foundation to prove that investing inclusively has positive benefits for all. We’ve never considered ourselves an impact fund but we have every intention of being impactful.

We’re pleased to share Slauson & Co.’s 2021 Inclusion Report. This serves as a blueprint for the world we’re creating, one where economic inclusion is the status quo.
